The buzz on Capitol Hill is that the Democrats are now considering what is being called the “Slaughter Solution” that will allow ObamaCare to be signed into law WITHOUT HOUSE MEMBERS EVEN HAVING TO VOTE.

According to Congress Daily, House Rules Chairwoman Louise Slaughter…

“…is weighing preparing a rule that would consider the Senate bill passed once the House approves a corrections bill that would make changes to the Senate version.”

The Washington Examiner explains that this will allow Democrats to approve ObamaCare without actually voting on the bill:

“In the Slaughter Solution, the rule would declare that the House “deems” the Senate version of Obamacare to have been passed by the House. House members would still have to vote on whether to accept the rule, but they would then be able to say they only voted for a rule, not for the bill itself.”

The Slaughter Solution would allow Democrats to escape their
“Catch 22.” Simply put, the House must pass the Senate bill
BEFORE the “reconciliation” tactic can be employed —
trusting that the Senate will actually do what is promised.

The “Slaughter Solution” solves that — and gives House members an “out” because they never actually had to vote on the Senate ObamaCare bill.

Whether by the “Slaughter Solution” or another means, it is clear that Democrats are rapidly pushing ObamaCare to a final vote. After yesterday’s backroom deals, Speaker Pelosi said they were “pretty close” and Majority Leader Reid added:

“[H]ealth reform is going to be done. We don’t have it all worked out, but we made a lot of progress.”

As I noted a few days ago, grassroots pressure from the Left has increased in recent days, not-so-coincidentally timed with this final push to pass ObamaCare.

“News Corp chief Rupert Murdoch announced on Tuesday that the Gulf emirate of Abu Dhabi is to become the headquarters of his global media empire in the Middle East.

Addressing some 400 delegates at the opening of the Abu Dhabi Media Summit, Murdoch said his corporation had started out as a small Australian firm to become a US-based international company that employs 64,000 people.

“I have every confidence that Arab companies can do the same and more. I also believe that Abu Dhabi can lead the way.”

Murdoch said News Corp would headquarter its Middle Eastern global online advertising operations in Abu Dhabi, and move a number of satellite television channels to the capital of the United Arab Emirates from Hong Kong.

“We will (also) establish a production office here for one of our documentary film-making companies,” he said.

“When we look to the future, News Corporation is betting on the creative potential of the more than 335 million people who make up the Arab world,” he added.

Organised by the Abu Dhabi government, the three-day summit is expected to address the potential of the emerging media markets in the Middle East, India and China.

Mohammed Khalaf al-Mazruei, who heads the Abu Dhabi Media Company, told delegates that “the Middle East is experiencing radical change,” and that its media should “accompany this revolution.”

News Corp has already established strong links with the region, last month agreeing to invest 70 million dollars in the Rotana Group, which is controlled by Saudi tycoon Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, after buying a 9.0 percent stake in the firm.

Alwaleed’s Kingdom holding company also owns around 7.0 percent of News Corp’s class B common stock.

What does a ‘Red Herring’, long exposed to the elements, and a ‘Dead Fish’ have in common?

What do a HI Certification of Live Birth (COLB) and Superman’s Krypton Birth Certificate have in common?

They both show that ‘someone’ was ‘born’, somewhere in the universe, but neither one ‘proves’ anything nor amounts to anything in the greater scheme of things.

The question remains then, how could all 535 (-1*) members of Congress, 9 members of the Supreme Court, 50 each State Governors, Attorneys General, and Secretaries of State – all obviously learned in the meaning of words, and all obviously sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution – how could they all buy into such unmitigated crap and deception that “Obama was born in Hawaii and is a Citizen (of WHATever), and therefore meets the Article II eligibility requirements of being a ‘Natural Born U.S. Citizen’?

* (Nancy Pelosi doesn’t count, since she has already been indicted by numerous Citizens’ Grand Juries for Election Fraud, for submitting a false and treasonous DNC certification to the Hawaiian Secretary of State so that Obama could be placed on the ballot, certifying that the Obama/Biden ticket was ‘legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the Constitution’. The 49+ other states, districts, and territories got differently worded certifications, without the ‘legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the Constitution’ phrase. Election fraud, pure and simple.

At least 60 million voting Americans are aware of the difference between ‘I believe he’s a citizen’ and ‘I believe he’s a Natural Born U.S. Citizen’ (we don’t count the main stream media folks who have major problem reporting the truth).

Which raises the obvious question: How is it that over 60 million Americans know the truth, while the sworn and elected officials of our Congress, Administration and Judiciary refuse to even question the ‘Natural Born’ crisis swirling around their heads?

You can’t say it’s all about the money or the power for all of them, especially since ‘breaking the story’ would bring so much honor, respect, money, and glory for the one(s) who are willing to do so. That leaves only one answer and conclusion:

Let it sink in. Brilliant (and some not so brilliant) and educated leaders in this, the greatest nation ever to exist on earth, always speaking about ours and their Constitutional Rights – and sworn to uphold them, can’t even say out loud or in writing the exact words of Article II of that Constitution: ‘No person except a natural born Citizen, … shall be eligible to the Office of President’. And it’s obviously not always about the power or the money. So I say again:

That offer could only be, ‘do you (and your family) want to go on living?’ If so, shut up about Article II - and all that goes with it, for the duration of the Obama administration – till death do us part!’

And so, since they have all chosen ‘life’, but all their arguments in favor of ignoring the truth defy any semblance of intelligence (even Mr. Constitution himself, Glenn Beck, makes unintelligible and ignorant statements and accusations against Article II Constitutionalists, while the normally outspoken Constitutionalist, Ron Paul, remains silent), the task of ousting the illegal and ineligible usurper from our White House now falls upon us, We The People.

And considering the ‘hostage-like’ statements and arguments of the aforementioned ‘offer-they-can’t-refuse’ recipients, then it becomes apparent that they are obviously pleading with us to do exactly what the Constitution tells us to do: exercise those rights and force the issue and truth out into the open, until most of those 60 million Americans become active and involved and empowered. Then, and only then, will the ‘hostages’ be freed, and then, and only then, will they be able to fearlessly step forward to honor their oaths.

For many it will be too late. Some will be destroyed by their treason, and some will be too demoralized to continue on. But for many others, they can step up to the plate to participate in the restoration of our Constitutional Republic – if we are willing to forgive them.

Until the usurper is ousted, all other issues pale into insignificance (amnesty, abortion, illegal immigration, 2nd Amendment rights, terrorists’ rights, etc, ad infinitum). So it’s up to us. We cannot wait until the elections of 2010 just to change the makeup of Congress, and we certainly can’t wait until 2012. We are at that tipping point, and it must be done – NOW!

Finally, since the CIVIL charges brought by numerous attorneys for over a year now can still be tied up indefinitely by Obama’s criminal Attorney General Eric Holder and the corrupt Judiciary, then the only viable peaceful course of action is with CRIMINAL charges (Election Fraud and Treason) served on courts and judges and sheriffs – in all 3,000 plus jurisdictions all across this Nation. And if you have a computer and/or access to the U.S. mail, you don’t even have to leave the comfort of your home to participate.

STOP what you’re doing – right now – and get about the business you know we must all do!

NASHVILLE – Just as a tea-party convention crowd gathered to discuss strategy for the movement, one woman stepped forward to the microphone – holding up two Hawaiian long-form birth certificates and a copy of President Obama’s purported short-form certification of live birth – and, referencing the short form, she told the crowd, “This piece of junk is what you get when you don’t have one of these!”

The crowd went wild, clapping and cheering.

When the forum was over, tea partiers scrambled around a table to see and photograph her original documents.

The woman, Miki Booth, originally from Hawaii, is running for the U.S. House of Representatives in Oklahoma’s second district as an independent constitutional conservative. She had presented original long-form birth certificates belonging to her son and husband, dated 1981 and 1949.

“They are the ‘vault’ copies of the original ones filled out at the hospital and sent to the Hawaii State Department of Health Vital Statistics Office,” Booth told WND. “It is from this office that the newspapers get their stats for births, deaths and marriages to announce in the newspapers.”

Her husband, Fred, and son, Alan, were born at the Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu, Hawaii – the same hospital declared as Obama’s birthplace in a purported letter from the president.

“If he is going to claim he was born in Kapi’olani like my husband and my son, then I want him to show proof,” Booth said, explaining that a certification of live birth only shows that a live baby was born – and not necessarily in Hawaii.

“What he’s given us perpetuates the mystery of what he’s covering up and gives us more reason to not trust him,” she said.

Asked what she thought of the crowd’s overwhelmingly positive reaction when she presented the documents, Booth said, “I was pleased but not surprised, since I get that reaction every time I do it. I think people really appreciate when someone shows them they’re not stupid. They know what’s going on.”

Most of the convention attendees appeared to rally around WND founder Joseph Farah as he presented his speech at the national convention Friday, referencing the eligibility issue. They gave him a standing ovation at the end of his speech. However, a small number of people suggested the topic shouldn’t have surfaced at a tea party event.

“I would say those people have bought into the notion that it’s a dead issue since it was ‘proved’ to them that Obama was born in Hawaii,” Booth explained. “What proof were they convinced by? Bill O’Reilly saying so? Newscasters saying so? ACORN saying so? The Internet copy?”

She continued, “I wonder if these same people think we shouldn’t question his record of what passport he traveled to Pakistan with – or his Occidental records of foreign student funding and his Columbia records or his Harvard records or his Punahou records.”
