I don’t personally know you but I can assure you that if vote “yes” on this Healthcare crap-sandwitch we in Arizona will never let up on you. Your career as a politician will be over. No matter what it takes, no matter how long it takes I will personally find Arizonans to campaign against you.

The United States has no place for socialized Medicine. You are not representing the American people if you allow a social-facist-communist such as Obama to ram this $10-Trillion bill down our throats.

We ABSOLUTELY mean no harm to anyone in Congress. Violence is never the answer, but peacefully getting rid of politicians that vote against America and our American life style has no stopping place. Many, many Democrats and Republicans are going to lose their jobs come November if they even think about supporting this bill. The Democratic party is already imploding before your eyes.

PLEASE DO NOT VOTE YES FOR HEALTHCARE. If you do vote yes I can assure you that I belong to groups that can rally hundreds of thousands of people against you when your time for reelection comes up.

We also have the numbers to force the Arizona Legislature to turn up the heat on accepting 10th Amendment “States Freedom Acts” that can effectively force the Federal Government out of Arizona if they attemp to push unwanted legislation on Arizonans.

WE WILL FIGHT BACK. The sleeping giant known as the American Patriot is alive and well and we will not stop fighting for justice.

36 legislatures fight for citizens’ rights to opt out of health-coverage demand

At least 36 state legislatures are considering legislation that would allow citizens to opt out of a key component of President Obama’s health-care “reform” – an “individual mandate” requiring that all Americans have health insurance.

Both the House and Senate health-care bills require Americans to purchase health insurance or pay a penalty. The House bill establishes a fine based on percentage of a person’s income, while the Senate version creates a penalty as a flat fee or percentage of income, whichever is higher. Those refusing to get insurance could be found guilty of a misdemeanor crime, punishable by another fine or even jail time.

“The president’s proposal adopts the Senate approach but lowers the flat dollar assessments, and raises the percent of income assessment that individuals pay if they choose not to become insured,” a White House plan released in February states.

States rejecting ‘individual mandate’

According to the National Conference of State Legislatures, formal resolutions or bills have been filed in opposition to the individual mandate in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

“News Corp chief Rupert Murdoch announced on Tuesday that the Gulf emirate of Abu Dhabi is to become the headquarters of his global media empire in the Middle East.

Addressing some 400 delegates at the opening of the Abu Dhabi Media Summit, Murdoch said his corporation had started out as a small Australian firm to become a US-based international company that employs 64,000 people.

“I have every confidence that Arab companies can do the same and more. I also believe that Abu Dhabi can lead the way.”

Murdoch said News Corp would headquarter its Middle Eastern global online advertising operations in Abu Dhabi, and move a number of satellite television channels to the capital of the United Arab Emirates from Hong Kong.

“We will (also) establish a production office here for one of our documentary film-making companies,” he said.

“When we look to the future, News Corporation is betting on the creative potential of the more than 335 million people who make up the Arab world,” he added.

Organised by the Abu Dhabi government, the three-day summit is expected to address the potential of the emerging media markets in the Middle East, India and China.

Mohammed Khalaf al-Mazruei, who heads the Abu Dhabi Media Company, told delegates that “the Middle East is experiencing radical change,” and that its media should “accompany this revolution.”

News Corp has already established strong links with the region, last month agreeing to invest 70 million dollars in the Rotana Group, which is controlled by Saudi tycoon Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, after buying a 9.0 percent stake in the firm.

Alwaleed’s Kingdom holding company also owns around 7.0 percent of News Corp’s class B common stock.

What does a ‘Red Herring’, long exposed to the elements, and a ‘Dead Fish’ have in common?

What do a HI Certification of Live Birth (COLB) and Superman’s Krypton Birth Certificate have in common?

They both show that ‘someone’ was ‘born’, somewhere in the universe, but neither one ‘proves’ anything nor amounts to anything in the greater scheme of things.

The question remains then, how could all 535 (-1*) members of Congress, 9 members of the Supreme Court, 50 each State Governors, Attorneys General, and Secretaries of State – all obviously learned in the meaning of words, and all obviously sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution – how could they all buy into such unmitigated crap and deception that “Obama was born in Hawaii and is a Citizen (of WHATever), and therefore meets the Article II eligibility requirements of being a ‘Natural Born U.S. Citizen’?

* (Nancy Pelosi doesn’t count, since she has already been indicted by numerous Citizens’ Grand Juries for Election Fraud, for submitting a false and treasonous DNC certification to the Hawaiian Secretary of State so that Obama could be placed on the ballot, certifying that the Obama/Biden ticket was ‘legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the Constitution’. The 49+ other states, districts, and territories got differently worded certifications, without the ‘legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the Constitution’ phrase. Election fraud, pure and simple.

At least 60 million voting Americans are aware of the difference between ‘I believe he’s a citizen’ and ‘I believe he’s a Natural Born U.S. Citizen’ (we don’t count the main stream media folks who have major problem reporting the truth).

Which raises the obvious question: How is it that over 60 million Americans know the truth, while the sworn and elected officials of our Congress, Administration and Judiciary refuse to even question the ‘Natural Born’ crisis swirling around their heads?

You can’t say it’s all about the money or the power for all of them, especially since ‘breaking the story’ would bring so much honor, respect, money, and glory for the one(s) who are willing to do so. That leaves only one answer and conclusion:

Let it sink in. Brilliant (and some not so brilliant) and educated leaders in this, the greatest nation ever to exist on earth, always speaking about ours and their Constitutional Rights – and sworn to uphold them, can’t even say out loud or in writing the exact words of Article II of that Constitution: ‘No person except a natural born Citizen, … shall be eligible to the Office of President’. And it’s obviously not always about the power or the money. So I say again:

That offer could only be, ‘do you (and your family) want to go on living?’ If so, shut up about Article II - and all that goes with it, for the duration of the Obama administration – till death do us part!’

And so, since they have all chosen ‘life’, but all their arguments in favor of ignoring the truth defy any semblance of intelligence (even Mr. Constitution himself, Glenn Beck, makes unintelligible and ignorant statements and accusations against Article II Constitutionalists, while the normally outspoken Constitutionalist, Ron Paul, remains silent), the task of ousting the illegal and ineligible usurper from our White House now falls upon us, We The People.

And considering the ‘hostage-like’ statements and arguments of the aforementioned ‘offer-they-can’t-refuse’ recipients, then it becomes apparent that they are obviously pleading with us to do exactly what the Constitution tells us to do: exercise those rights and force the issue and truth out into the open, until most of those 60 million Americans become active and involved and empowered. Then, and only then, will the ‘hostages’ be freed, and then, and only then, will they be able to fearlessly step forward to honor their oaths.

For many it will be too late. Some will be destroyed by their treason, and some will be too demoralized to continue on. But for many others, they can step up to the plate to participate in the restoration of our Constitutional Republic – if we are willing to forgive them.

Until the usurper is ousted, all other issues pale into insignificance (amnesty, abortion, illegal immigration, 2nd Amendment rights, terrorists’ rights, etc, ad infinitum). So it’s up to us. We cannot wait until the elections of 2010 just to change the makeup of Congress, and we certainly can’t wait until 2012. We are at that tipping point, and it must be done – NOW!

Finally, since the CIVIL charges brought by numerous attorneys for over a year now can still be tied up indefinitely by Obama’s criminal Attorney General Eric Holder and the corrupt Judiciary, then the only viable peaceful course of action is with CRIMINAL charges (Election Fraud and Treason) served on courts and judges and sheriffs – in all 3,000 plus jurisdictions all across this Nation. And if you have a computer and/or access to the U.S. mail, you don’t even have to leave the comfort of your home to participate.

STOP what you’re doing – right now – and get about the business you know we must all do!

CALLER: I don’t call it Obamacare, I call it the Obama con job. It’s nothing but a Ponzi scheme. This is the biggest “screw you” to the middle class that is out there.

CALLER: It’s worse than Madoff. You talk about taxation being a Ponzi scheme. If they get their hands on the money, the revenue stream that will come in from every man, woman, and child in this country on a monthly basis, once they go to this single payer thing going for them, once they get their hands on that money, that revenue stream, it will never stop. RUSH: That’s exactly right. We’re talking about two-and-a-half trillion dollars that they control, which is largely what this is about.

RUSH: Now, we talked yesterday, ladies and gentlemen, about the largest health insurance company (if you will) in the country is the United States government, and the single most powerful insurance company executive is Barack Obama. He runs the S-CHIP program, he runs Medicare, he runs Medicaid, and the VA. And we went through the progression yesterday: Nobody gets everything they want in those programs. Just because the governments get behind it, they don’t get everything they want, and they constantly complain, and they deny coverage. The number one insurance company that denies claims in this country is Medicare. Medicare denies far more claims than any private insurance company does.

Yet here’s Obama with all these great reforms that are just going to compound the problems that we already have in government-run insurance. I want to ask you if you would put up with this in the private sector. Essentially if Obama’s bill passes, we get the paygo. We pay now. The taxes and all the other fees and everything will happen immediately as soon as the bill is signed. But the so-called benefits don’t kick in for four years, and this is so that they could get a ten-year score from the CBO of something under a trillion dollars. Now, let me ask you a question. Can you imagine what Obama would say if, say, Blue Cross/Blue Shield was out there selling policies that you had to pay for every month for four years but you didn’t get any insurance for four years? You had to pay into it, but you couldn’t file a claim for anything no matter what happens for four years, because that’s what they’re proposing. This is Obama’s paygo. It’s a stunt. And it’s a nightmare.

If you hate your insurance company, you’ve gotta understand that the biggest and the worst is the United States government — Medicare, Medicaid, S-CHIP, VA — and Barack Obama runs it.
