The Arkansas State Grand Jury made BIG news this weekend. Using the American Grand Jury evidence this jury took the process one step further. They convened a “live” hearing with 18 members, studied the testimony and evidence, deliberated the charges and put it to a vote. The hearing lasted for approximately 4 hours and the tally was unanimous: All 18 jury members voted to indict Obama.
Just a few hours earlier, at approximately 2:30 PM EST, the May 16th American Grand Jury handed down its indictment of “Fraud and Treason” against our presumed president, Barack Hussein Obama. 26 members served on this jury: 25 voted to indict Obama. 1 voted no.
The following criminal allegations and complaints were voted upon:
COUNT ONE:
That Obama is NOT eligible under the laws of the Constitution of the United States as provided for in Article II, Section 1.
“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President..”
COUNT TWO:
The charge of “Treason” against Obama is before the people of the United States of America. That such complaint is CRIMINAL, of high crimes, and extremely damaging against the people.
All and all, this was a big day. It was double trouble for Obama.
The momentum is growing. American Grand Jury, Texas, and Arkansas combined now have 5 Grand Jury indictments against Obama in approximately 3 weeks time. We are just now starting to see those indictments filter across the land in the form of serves with sheriffs, courts and legislators.
We are not fooling ourselves; we know it is going to take many more Grand Juries and possibly 100’s filings to get the job done. Sooner or later the court system is going to be inundated with “presentments” against Obama. Sooner or later public sentiment is going to demand these courts act and force Obama to answer to the charges.
The good news is that many people are responding to the American Grand Jury movement and are willing to serve. We have two more juries still scheduled for May. The first one is full and the last one is getting there. In fact we are already starting to register members for the first couple of dates in June.
Many people are wondering about the math. Okay, here is what American Grand Jury is going to do. Convene a minimum of 10 juries before the 4th of July. Hand down indictments from these Grand Juries and in turn file a minimum of 20 filings per jury. That would be 200 indictments filed against Obama just in time for our Nation’s birthday.
We may be able to do more, but we need your participation.

I was the foreman with the Arkansas Grand Jury and I wanted to say how much I appreciate everyone that particapted. It was truly an honor to be involved with such a patriotic group of people. It was made even more impressive to me by the fact that this was done on Armed Forces Day! What better day to show your patriotism and defend OUR constitution. Thank you for the priviledge, it is a memory I will always cherish. Thank you Bob for the opportunity you have given us all. I would encourage anyone that is unsure and questioning our leadership to get involved and discover the truth for yourself. You will never have a better opportunity to show your patriotism and respect for our constitution and the men that wrote one of the most intelligent documents of all time. Just asking for some clarification. Were there 25 members who served on this last American Grand Jury? There was someone on the right side of life who had a comment stating that there were 25 votes for yes, but how many votes were no. I am guessing that there were 25 members and it is unanimous. I guess some people are confused by the wording.

I am pretty sure I am not the first american citizen to say this:
We had 43 WHITE Presidents and ALL did not hide, concealed, or hired high pay Law firms to stop at looking their public records.
Then, what is diferent with our 44th President?

The answer is NO. You should join a jury. We have covered that subject in detail. You do NOT have to be a citizen of the US (which Obama isn’t, at least not a “natural born”) to be charged with treason against our Country.

So, one person actually voted no out of 26. What good is joining in a grand jury if one is not serious enough to see all the evidence against BO and they foolishly voted no? I think that person was wasting their own time and the time of the grand jury.

I believe that this gives credibility to Grand Juries. Some people thinks that the Grand Juries are packed with republican Obama’s haters… lol. That is not the case.
Bob Campbell do not ask Grand Jurors if they are republicans or democrats. He doesn’t ask them what are their religion or races. He just ask them to be a US citizen and to get an oath. Grand Juries are neutral. They only seek the truth. They only try to make sure that the Constitution is respected and make sure that no one is bypassing it.

I believe that our country is based on rule of law by our constitution. I think it makes no difference what or who you are if you break the law you answer to the law. Whether you are president or just a common person unelected to office. This country has lasted this long because the constitution has worked and our laws has worked and should continue to work and even Obama has to answer to the law just like the other people of this country.

If there is culpability here, it lies more with the administrators of the electoral process than it does with Barack Obama. If the system lets him stand as a presidential candidate, then why shouldn’t he do so? He’s not the one responsible for making the determination of whether he meets the constitutional criteria.

I am not a die hard Democrat. I vote for the person I feel will do the best job, no matter what his or her affiliation. Now since I have been voting, it has always ended up being for a Democrat, especially when any of the Bush Family ran. But this was the very first year I did not vote Dem. I actually wanted Ron Paul to win. McCain is to old and Palin, well is just Palin, enough said.
There is just something so evil about Obama and people that follow him are totally brainwashed. Why does no one go get his birth certificate from Kenya? That would solve everything. Kenya government has stated it is available but no one has asked.
I support what the American Grand Jury is trying to do, but I really don’t see what it can accomplish if the Judicial System that has the power to enforce it all does not take it seriously? For the record I hope it does succeed in waking up people and getting this imposter out of office before he can do any more damage.

instant gratification we get disappointed to quickly.
Folks ,we have allowed our government to do pretty much as they please for decades and now we have some silly idea that we should be able to set it right,in what ? 4 months.Heck,it takes about a year at least for any business to even get to a break even point,that is only if they are lucky.AGJ is a business,the business of setting our country right.We have a good and righteous product and just because we haven’t sold it yet doesn’t mean it is a wash,it just means we have to keep trying to sell it, until it does.Please keep filing your presentments and keep the faith,We WILL win in the end.I firmly believe this. cheers

On pages 425-430 of HR3200 (The Health Care Reform Bill) it is documented that every Medicare patient and their POA’s will be counseled every 5 years, on how to end their lives, calling it End Of Life Care(unless they are diagnosed with a malady such as cancer ,stroke,or MI) in off years, at which time they will be re-counseled in how to hasten the end of life by a government employee!
Ladies and gentlemen this bill is nothing less than EUTHANASIA for the seniors in this country! Your mothers,fathers,grand mothers and fathers, aunts and uncles, and ultimately at some point YOU will be hastened to YOUR death by some BUREAUCRAT in Washington!

Bill, great post! There is a REASON why so few states have passed “Death with Dignity” laws. The Fed knows it is because the majority of voters DO NOT support it. I live in one of the few states who does have the option but even here your right to die with dignity does not trump the rights of the institution or medical staff personel if they in good conscience cannot assist you. This administration is dead set on cramming this eugenics program, including late term abortion down the throat of and against the rights of everyone and every state to chose what is in the best interest and welfare of their people and it must be stopped or the question “Who died and left you in charge?” will have a swift and decisive answer. It’s time for another Governors conference and this time the state legislatures need to get together to fight for their laws and citizens rights to chose. It’s time to stand up and say NO to this ObamaCrap plan. Because no matter which side of these issues you are one, it is for damn sure you do not need a one size fits all dictator speaking for you and making your choices for you, removing any and all other options. These life and death decisions should be between individuals and their families, their doctors, ministers and their God. It’s not for some Federal monstrosity acting in concert with some Euro monstrosity to make decisions for American individuals. There are new advances in medicines and medical procedure discovered every day that prolong the life and the quality of life for our elders and disabled.
