newsletterGreetings everyone,

I apologize for not posting anything these past 2 days. We have been very busy around here with our Super Grand Jury II concluding tonight. This Grand Jury will finish up with the largest number of members in American Grand Jury history attending. The votes are still being tabulated but it looks like around 265 members will hand down the Presentments. The voting has been unanimous.

As mentioned earlier we going to “take the gloves off” as we pursue serving the Courts with these newest Presentments. The Super Jury II Presentments will now include criminal charges against Nancy Pelosi, Obama and the DNC for eligibility and election fraud.

We are going to talk about these issues tonight on our regularly scheduled BlogTalk Radio show. Maybe you would like to join us?

BE THERE! Wednesday evening, October 7th. This is a public event and everyone is welcome to join us. The time is 9:00 PM EST (8 central, 7 mountain, 6 pacific). You can click this link to go to the BlogTalkRadio website.

  3. thistle Says:

Never heard of her Goldie and I don’t go into the site you mentioned. I wonder why Justice Roberts. I thought he was one of the ‘good guys.’ Isn’t that the one whom Orly traveled so far to try to see in Idaho and have her case listened to?

I saw on free republic that Judge Carter decided to go forward with the trial as scheduled. I will be praying for his safety as well as Orly’s and the plaintiffs and witnesses. Also, I will for God to guide the judge to make the right decision in this case.

Thistle: try that site, it is difficult for me to understand, but it is still on there. She has a really long column and 2 other ladies that posted before said they didn’t understand.

Susan Herbert posted alot of things pertaining to her case on Patriotic Resistance. I’ve got half way through it. Phil Dedrick is apparently going to have her on his talk show. What she has written kinda makes sense but it (my opinion) needs some editing and organizing. I haven’t had a chance to research it yet, trying to get through it all and I just saw it for the first time last night. She does site a case number cs 09-6777, I haven’t checked it out yet, sorry just not enough hours in the day!

this is taking way too long. we need relief from this Joker NOW.

  10. speedy Says:

I agree. It is taking too long for the usurper to be removed. He has been there way too long. BO uses homeland security people to bully judges and destroy all the paperwork and evidence that shows anything about BO’s ineligibility. Then I read on free republic that Hillary said BO was not Lolo’s stepson. They are a bunch of liars and criminals. I am appalled at Hillary for lying like that.

Are there any other members here from California? Please call from every phone # you have. We’ve been trying all morning and haven’t gotten through. Just keep trying. This is a major attack on our 2nd Amendment rights. Thank you!!!

    Preserve second amendment in CA:

CA Assembly Bill 962 must be actively vetoed by Governor Schwarzenegger by October 11 or it becomes law! This bill will destroy the 2nd Amendment in CA because it will destroy CA gun owners’ ability to obtain ammunition.

Please call the Governor at 1-916-445-2841 THROUGH SUNDAY and use the automated system to voice your opposition.

When prompted, press 1 then 2 then 2 then 2 to oppose.

Even if you’ve called before, please call again, and from as many phones as you can! The NRA is calling daily, and all the gun groups need our help! This Bill is too grave a threat to the 2nd Amendment. Thank you!

Substantive Due Process: Judges read broad constitutional terms divorced from any textual or originalist moorings, thereby making them empty vessels into which they can pour any policy preferences they desire.
Making Up Rights: Judges create a “right” not found anywhere in the text of the Constitution or our nation’s laws and traditions, thus abandoning their duty to interpret the Constitution and instead endeavoring to amend it.

California is now a waste land you have allowed these people to invade the state for years now and you would not listen to the minutemen or anyone else. You have your change now and what you don’t like it now. I lived in california and the people in the malls did not speak english. The best thing to happen now is for that state to just slip into the ocean again. Now that you are awake you might try to move to another state and save it before it becomes like california. Califonia has over 18 million illegals living in now. Hope you are happy. Davis tried to stop them.

  14. Goldie Says:

I lived in California for 47 years, it was a nice decent place until the people with money started building and buying homes in wilderness areas, then a few years later the fires started, on and on the local people tried to say, no to homes in these wilderness areas, they are beautiful, but nature is great and should not have homes, malls, service stations, and all the other civilization. But, now it is a real wasteland, my son a firefighter, he started in San Bernardino and told me the top men in the Forest Service were milking the fires, so to make more money and so they let a lot of fires just burn. We left soon after that. The illegals broke one law and it won’t take much more for then to breaking more laws, and when the pregnant ones run across border and go to hospital to have their babies, then they can remain in usa as the anchor babies are their ticket to be americans, life so difficult. God Bless USA, she really needs.

  15. thistle Says:

We have been fighting illegal immigration for years. Liberals in gvmt (state and fed) have reversed every victory we’ve won. All were short lived. For those who think all of us just sat on our laurals and did nothing, you are wrong. Like many states, there are 2 areas in CA that control what happens throughout the rest of the state….VERY liberal San Francisco and Los Angeles. My voting does not count in either of those areas. I don’t & won’t live there. But the rest of the state dances to their tune (rules and regulations) whether we want to or not. I live in a town of 95% hispanics. My grandchildren are 7th generation Californians through my husband’s side. By a fluke of my dad being in the service and myself being born in another state, they would be 7th generation on my side as well. The liberals in state & fed. gvmt are the ones who want the illegals in, give them citizenship, because they historically vote Democrat. Amnesty was defeated several times because of people like us yelling and screaming….many good people in California who cared, but again, the gvmt overturned any little victory we made. Also, the courts have gotten involved too and overturned things they said were unconstitutional. Since when does our constitution cover the rights of illegals? So don’t lump all Californians together with those in Los Angeles and San Francisco, or act like we’ve done nothing at all. We are just terribly outnumbered or ridden over the top of by those in gvmt and people who come here simply for a handout instead of a hand up.
