American Grand Jury “presentments” are formalized!

Hi Everyone,
From now on I will attempt to update the general public on the status of our Grand Jury presentments (indictments), court filings and the status of those filings. We expect activity to grow and results to happen. We would be wasting our time if we didn’t believe in this cause and our plan of action. Our goal has always been to get the indictment(s) and then find the courts to file those indictments with.
IMPORTANT: We do not publicize hearing dates for a reason and we will continue that policy as long as we build Grand Juries. Jury membership is private. We never give that information out. Even our “inter-group” mailing lists are private. Our deliberations and voting are done behind “password protected” websites. There is nothing unsual about this. This is the way a Grand Jury is supposed to operate.
The April 29th Presentments are in the finishing stages of being formalized. The final package for court filing is about 10 pages long. That sounds long, but in reality it is just right. There are lots of supporting paperwork that goes with it: evidence, or reference to evidence, a copy of the Treason complaint by the military officer making the accusation, logs (about 1500 pieces of communication in digital form), jury foreman verification of the presentments — details, details — and more! That is about all I can say publicly that is in the package. Everything has been preserved for integrity and credibility — the court should have no problem seeing what is being asked of them — that is to prosecute Obama on Fraud (Eligibility) and Treason.
The NEXT PHASE is critically important. We are looking for the warriors now! The Grand Jury did its job. Now we need American Grand Jury Representatives to file the Presentments far and wide — that would be with any court that has a front door, specifically any court that is local or State in jurisdiction. We don’t care much about Federal courts at this point — they work for Obama. This is a “we the people” movement and the States will be taking notice. The Constitution guarantees us the right to peaceable assemby and the grand jury. Your job is to recognize those rights and act upon them.

Got an idea. What if the waters are tested in not such an unpopular way first. Why not get a presentment against a local official first, that shouldn’t be too hard.
The hurdle that must be overcome is that a citizen grand jury has the authority to convene on its own.
Once a local official is indicted and tried, the authority for the citizens to form a grand jury on its own will become “precedent”.
If that happens it will definitely be on the MSM and officials will be scrambling.
Since there is no practical way of recalling a US Senator or Representative, this could be the start of political accountability.
(To recall a US Senator or Representqative, you either need thousands or millions (based on pop.) of signatures or you ask the Congress to do it.) The only other way to get rid of a Congressman is for the Congress to impeach them. Congress has no interest in policing itself. It is nearly impossible to do this.
There should be a law against Congress passing unconstitutional law and not upholding their oath!!!

Joe, no meed for precedent. Grand Juries have handed presentments to government officials for many years. In fact the Grand Jury in the early years did their own investigative work. What has happened over time is that it wasn’t practical for that to continue so prosecutors, who could be paid, did the investigations and then would call on the Grand Jury to examine that evidence. It is this practice that has lead people to believe, in this modern era, that it is a government function. It is clearly not and we are functioning well within our right. These presentments are lawful and will be enforced.

Bob, consider me a staunch proponent of this approach to remove the pretender-in-chief currently residing in DC. I do not have a background in the legal arena, but am well aware the powers currently on display by the treasonous residents of the Capitol were/are usurped from “we the people” and need to be restored to the rightful owners! How can I be of help?

The charges and evidences against Barack Obama are available for you to decide. The real grand jury may have more, but Barack Obama and Attorney General Fitzgerald of Illinois has had this information since February 24, 2009 according to my mail receipt.

He even gave the name of the Hospitial..
She said He came to Hawii when He was four weeks old .
So you see He is not a citizin of this Country.

What court is the correct court to file these presentments? Do you have a list of sheriffs and courts these have been filled in, or are already scheduled to have someone who is going to do this?
Can you send me info on what I would need to do to help file these or sit on Tn Grand Jury?
I fear if nothing is done this year, 2010 may be too late.

Thanks for your comment on the American Grand Jury website.
Lots is happening in TN right now. We have a new State Grand Jury forming in Tennessee now! We need you. We must have a jury in place within 2 weeks. Can you get your Oath signed and returned. We have around 10 members so far for this jury. We need 20 to finalize the schedule. Again, we have to convene this jury within the next few weeks.
Let me know as soon as possible.
When you reply I will let you know what is happening with presentments now. We have concluded 6 Grand Jurys and presentments are starting to filter all over the land. Things are happening. We need everyone on board with this to get the job done.

Yes indeed, many people said he was born in Coast General Hospital in Mombassa, Kenya. But all documents are now sealed in Kenya. Obama made sure the truth would never come out. But it will. It always does.
