I agree with these charges and also believe that no one residing in America, is exempt from being indicted for such charges if so charged and that they are guilty of it. No one, including a president, should ever have the power to violate our constitution in the manner that he has on three known occasions, or to change our government from Republic to a Democratic society, socialist or Marxist government. Once again a HOME RUN for the good guys!!
Way to go Bob and everyone participating in our Constitutional right of redress through the formation of these Grand Juries. I/We constantly get the question of enforcement and it has been addressed here many times but isn’t repeated often enough. That is the growing level of participation. Can anyone really believe that there is not one Patriotic Judge, Sheriff, DA or someone in a position of authority that will act on these Presentments? I say there are such people across the country and by filing in as many jurisdictions as possible, we are sure to find them.

As one who has been labeled a “birther” and has been concerned about this point for the last 2 1/2 years, I am thrilled at how far this has come. I’m not even going to ask if this is real…I don’t want to break the spell. The changes he has made and direction he is going has obviously been long in the making. His “posse” has been conspiring and developing strategies and tactics to take down this country, and reform it basic tenants. Barry is an evil man and I look forward to him going down!!

I hope and pray this is legitimate and that BO will be ousted from leadership, and be held accountable for all he has done to destroy America. Furthermore, I hope that should he be removed from office, so would Pelosi and Frank, and all the other Obamatrons who have gleefully raked in power and money from this fiasco. I must admit, Biden does not appear to be a good lead in, but I believe he is at least an American at heart, and as such, would be a hundred times better than the socialist now ruining ( not running) our country. The Pentagon under the Obama Administration has just acknowledged seizing and burning the privately owned Bibles of American soldiers serving in Afghanistan. The Bibles had been printed in the local Pashto and Dari languages, and sent by private donors to American Christian soldiers and chaplains, for distribution to American troops on overseas military bases during optionally-attended Christian worship services. Had the Bibles not been seized and destroyed, they could have legally been given as gifts during off-duty time to Afghani citizens who welcome our troops in their homes, as an expression of American gratitude for Afghani hospitality, promoting the democratic ideals of freedom of religion and freedom of the press.

But the Muslim controlled Al Jazeera television network obtained video footage of the Bibles, held by American soldiers while listening to a chaplain on the Bagram Air Base (inside the base chapel) whose sermon encouraged outreach and personal evangelism. The American values of freedom of religion, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, and freedom of Christian speech offended some extremist Muslim groups, and angered a small group of American atheists, who demanded the chaplain be punished for “proselytizing” because he simply repeated Jesus’ words to “Go and make disciples of all nations” in church.

The video proves the chaplain properly explained U.S. Central Command’s General Order Number One, which prohibits “proselytizing” (forcing religious conversions using military weapons) but fully permits soldiers of any religion to engage in non-threatening “evangelism” (voluntary conversations about their faith) and legally allows giving private gifts, including books, to Afghani citizens during off-duty hours in their unofficial capacity. They were never distributed.” When questioned about the authenticity of the Al Jazeera video, U.S. Army Colonel Greg Julian admitted the Al Jazeera reporting was biased against the American Christians: “Most of this is taken out of context … this is irresponsible and inappropriate journalism.”

GENERAL DOUGLAS MACARTHUR ENCOURAGED EVANGELISM

After World War II, in order to carry out the democratization of Japan, Five-Star General Of The Army Douglas MacArthur brought Christian leaders to the country to meet with Emperor Hirohito and encouraged mass distribution of Bibles to the population. MacArthur later stated to a visiting American churchman, “We must have ten thousand Christian missionaries and a million Bibles to complete the occupation of this land.”

ATHEISTS JOIN MUSLIM EXTEMISTS AGAINST LIBERTY

Aggressive anti-Christian secularist Mikey Weinstein immediately demanded the chaplain in the video be court-martialed for encouraging voluntary evangelism in church, despite the Pentagon’s claim that same chaplain somehow assisted in confiscating the Bibles. I can personally attest, as the former Navy Chaplain who endured court-martial in 2006 for praying “in Jesus name” in uniform outside of Sunday chapel, (but was later vindicated by Congress), that anti-Christian forces are powerfully at work in some parts of the U.S. military.

But together, we fought back and won! Over 300,000 Americans, 85% of polled citizens, and 75 Congressmen agreed with me, so the entire Congress rescinded the same anti-Jesus policy the Navy enforced during my court-martial, restoring liberty to other chaplains who pray publicly “in Jesus name.” (That victory on Capitol Hill cost my 16-year career and pension, and was not grandfathered back to my case.) Angered by our victory, the enemies of religious liberty won’t be satisfied until every Christian is silenced, and every chaplain booted from the military like I was, for the “crime” of worshiping in public.

COURT-MARTIAL THE ARMY CHIEF OF CHAPLAINS?

The favorite new ploy of Mikey Weinstein’s anti-Christian group (Military Religious Freedom Foundation) is to frighten troops into silence by “demanding the court-martial” of any soldier or chaplain who talks publicly about his or her faith. For example, incredibly, Weinstein recently demanded the Army court-martial their Chief of Chaplains Major General Douglas Carver, because Chaplain Carver issued a proclamation calling for a day of prayer and fasting for our troops.

The Chief of Chaplains’ proclamation called for voluntary prayer by chaplains of all diverse faiths to act “in keeping with your religious traditions,” and support our troops who face difficult traumas, pressures and temptations toward suicide. Carver consulted with two senior Jewish chaplains before issuing the proclamation.

But Mikey Weinstein claims that no chaplain can encourage prayer or Bible reading without violating what he pretends is a Constitutional mandate separating church from state. “These inciteful actions are grossly offensive to not only Muslims in Afghanistan and across the world, but to all those who hold faith in the U.S. Constitution,” said Weinstein of the troops’ Bibles.

Ironically Weinstein’s own web-site contains pictures of atheist soldiers, soliciting donations for Weinstein while wearing their full dress uniform, without any legal disclaimer that their anti-Christian views do not represent the views of the U.S. military.

Sure there are a growing number with “buyers remorse” and are kicking themselves for getting sucked in by the hype, but collectively, you will NEVER see any of this disaster tied to the Community Agitator in Chief.
There are way too many people and media outlets that are heavily invested in the Agitator in Chief - They have everything riding on this dolt. Admitting failure is NOT an option….EVER. They will stick to Liberal talking points as the ship sinks to the bottom - see Barney Frank and Nancy Pelosi on YouTube for an example. Admitting that they hired a no account community agitator for president becasue he was pretty and and could talk really well will NEVER happen. I’d love to see it, but it will never happen.

Can you imagine the sound bites conservatives would use against all the gushing press, pundits and left wing zealots who cried at his inauguration if they were to come out and admit they hired a hair brained community agitator for preisdent that didn’t know his ass from a hole in the ground? I wondered how the hell a non-american could ever become our commander in chief, when the constitution forbids it. Our people were duped and fooled by the media and the illegal voting practices coming to light only recently ie;Acorn! Why didnt we see through his lies when he stated he wanted both candidates should only use the public campaign funds which would limit the campaign spending allowed, then afterward changed his mind to allow millions of illegal funding funnelled through fictitious companies and organizations? He spouted about a transparent government, yet he is circumventing the elected officials in most areas by appointing “illegal” czars, who have little or no experience in related areas, and who report to no one? We arent even told who some of them are or their exact duties . He bows to the King of Saudi Arabia then has the audacity to lie about it even though it is on tv for all to see.

Apparently the Hawaiian Chapter of AXJ has discovered the original divorce documents filed in 1964, and among them has discovered that Stanley Ann Dunham (with the help of others) did in fact present a Certificate of Live Birth of a child born in Mobassa, Kenya, which is being studied to see if in fact it belongs to a child by the name of Barack Hussein Obama, II, although Barack Hussein Obama Sr. never admitted to having a son, was never notified of any divorce documents filed against him, and was killed in Kenya for political reasons.

The document presented by the Hawaiian Authorities includes a number “19″ that does not correspond to any numbering order in the documents recorded in 1961, and they know it. They possibly could be responsible for Fraud against the American People if this preliminary investigation turns out to be true.

* The version which is absent any certification of constitutional standing for the office of President is the version that was filed with every state in the country, and the one used by the DNC to elect Barack Obama President.

How do we get this process to get moving and let’s get this done and go forward on stopping the corruption in Washington. I attended the protest in fort worth yesterday and there were over 25000 who braved the weather and took a stand.

The group Americans for Freedom of Information has released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school.

The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a Court Order& nbsp;in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California . The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a Fellowship forforeign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.

This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking.

Along with the evidence that he was born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for U.S. citizenship, this is looking pretty grim .

The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama’s legitimacy and qualification to serve as President.

When reached for comment in London, where he has been in meetings with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama smiled but refused comment on the issue.

In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama’s legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey

This lawsuit claims Obama’s dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as President.

Donofrio’s case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama’ s citizenship or qualification to serve as President.

Gary Kleep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama’s campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with 11 law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kleep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. Attorney General.
