I met Armando Carranza one month ago, December 9th to be exact. Armando is a firefighter who works in Riverside County, CA. Armando sent me a personal letter recalling his experience while attending the Judge Carter courtroom hearing in California. It is a very descriptive letter. What makes the letter even more compelling is the action that Armando later took to do what he could to fight back and expose the taint of corruption he personally witnessed and felt in Judge Carter’s courtroom.

Armando signed on as an American Grand Jury “Oath” member and immediately requested the Presentments so he could personally serve Judge Carter’s court with the criminal charges against Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi. In addition to serving Judge Carter’s Court (Santa Ana - Southern Division) he served the downtown Los Angeles District Court (Western Division). Both serves were made the same day and required an extensive amount of drive time in California traffic.

Bear in mind, Armando’s actions in serving Presentments is not unlike many other members and patriots who have done what they can to save our Country. Serving Presentments is not just about making a statement, it is about informing the Judiciary and the Goverment that “we the people” are going to take action and we are not going to stop until justice is served.

Liberty and freedom in this Country has never been free. Someone always pays a price.

Here is Armando’s letter:

I am writing to you to share an experience I had on October 5,2009. I decided to attend the public hearing in Federal Court regarding the suit to confirm the eligibility (birth certificate and other records) of our President. I have great interest in this because I love America and our Constitution. Why wouldn’t the President just show his documents? This seems so simple to me.

While walking to the court house I had the pleasure of meeting a great American named Rudy. Rudy is a retired Marine who spent a good portion of his life serving this great nation we live in. He is a WWII , Korean and Vietnam veteran. We became instant buddies. We walked in the courthouse. I admit I was slightly disappointed. I was expecting large crowds and maybe a reporter or two. Why are so few Americans interested in this case?

Next stop, security in the lobby. Nothing unusual: metal detectors, shoe removal and a quick ID check. We proceeded to the ninth floor and were greeted by Federal Marshals. We were asked if we were there for the Obama case. When we indicated we were, we were told we had to get out our ID’s and go through another security check. There were about three to four Federal Marshals at this security check point. We, again, had to empty our pockets and go through another metal detector. Maybe the one down stairs was broken. A marshal at the table asked to see my identification. I promptly pulled out my driver’s license. He took it from me and much to my surprise started writing down the information on some form.

I expressed my concern about my personal information being written down and stated that I felt my civil rights were being violated and I asked what would be done with my personal information. I also stated I had been to court in the past and had never had this type of requirement. An older officer writing down the information asked me in a loud and agitated voice if I had ever been to a case involving the President. I received no answer to what was going to happen to my personal information.

I was deceived into believing this court would put to rest the common sense question of eligibility and the verification required by law. It is strange how verification and eligibility were required by a 30 year Marine (Rudy, my buddy) just to sit in on a public hearing. The driver’s license I used as identification required me to show my birth certificate. This is the very same document and virification that was required for me to sit in a open public hearing. How can holding the highest public office and having your salary paid for by the public, have no documentation and verification required? How can someone that works for you not be required to show proper documentation? Is there not a Federal Law requiring verificaion? Does Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A) apply? This law states, “A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:

1. Assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or

2. Encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or

3. Knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions. This is a crime and is punishable by fines and imprisonment or both.”

Does anybody see the irony between Rudy and the President? Have we lost our honor and respect for our military and the laws? What a slap in the face to every veteran and soldier. Documentation is required of a war hero who has served in three wars to hear a public hearing! What a slap in the face for Rudy! Brother, forgive them, for they know not what they do.

My ID was handed back to me with a laminated number. We were told that the first 75 people would be allowed to see the hearings live and the others would have to go into overflow rooms. My number was 65 and Rudy got 63. While walking to the court room we were then told we would have to go into the overflow room. Upon entering the overflow room the laminated numbers were collected. We were told to enter what appeared to be the court room chambers next to where the live hearings were supposed to be. There was a television that would serve as a monitor and a video camera on top of the TV. (I think the video camera on top of the TV was so the judge could see us if he wanted too.) Rudy and I found a seat on the front bench.

Court was called to order and I started to take notes and hear arguments. I won’t bore you with all the details of the arguments. In a nut shell, I had believed that this court would be open to arguments. The judge, David Carter, is a former Marine who served as an officer. He is highly decorated having earned a Bronze Star and Purple Heart while serving. Being known for his acute intellect and having the heart of a warrior, I placed my trust in him.

The reality of my foolish fantasy quickly set in towards the end of the proceedings. The judge accused (and in a sense convicted) the plaintiff’s attorney of “improper pressure”. When the attorney attempted to respond, defend and protect herself from this accusation, the Judge refused to allow it. The judge also stated, “I don’t believe the government is corrupt” and “Most people holding public office are honest and ethical” (not exact quotes, but the best I could scribble down on a piece of paper during the hearing).

Why would a fair judge accuse someone without letting them respond? Why would he give his personal opinion about politicians and public officers so many times? His personal opinion about politicians and public officers have no relevance to the case before him. A recent poll reported by CNN found this opinion to be ridiculous! 93% of people questioned in a Quinnipiac University poll say government corruption is serious. A recent Fox poll I saw stated that government corruption was the #1 issue(86%) for Americans! Either the judge is out of touch with reality or he has lost his gift of acute intellect. I have not been blessed with the gift of acute intellect, but I thank God that he has given me the gift of truth and common sense.

I felt my civil rights were violated yesterday. I still don’t know what my personal information is being used for and why it was required. I would do it again in a second. To watch and meet brave and courageous Americans like Rudy and Ms. Taitz left me proud to be an American. I am forever grateful to those who keep freedom alive.

God Bless,

Armando Carranza

This idiot president is bringing out some really great Americans and I for one am glad. The judges, Marine or not, are corrupt, in O camp as he was visited by Eric Holder earlier, as another judge. As long as Eric Holder is around and doing his corrupt thing for the O, we will never be able to get this fool legally. But it does bring out the fine patriots of our country. God Bless America, and God Bless Revival coming to America by not slaughtering any more innocent babies.

Thank you, Armando, for your service to our country. It’s people like you and American Grand Jury who will eventually put America back on track.
Sitting at a computer typing is the easy part. Miss Taitz has stood so strong under the worst of bad behavior from the courts and press.

Fine work and God Bless you
