The Shock of Barack

March 31st, 2010

Robin of Berkeley

I’ve been feeling funky since Black Sunday, the day of the health care debacle. As a therapist, I’m usually able to identity my feelings. But this one had left me stumped.

I went through the usual laundry list of emotions: Am I depressed? (A little, but that’s not it.) Worried, scared? (Yes, but who isn’t?) Angry (Very, but that’s still not what’s bugging me.)

It took a conversation with a conservative friend, Nancy, for me to pinpoint the feeling. Nancy told me that a Jewish co-worker, a staunch Obama supporter, was feeling “shell shocked” by Obama’s vilifying Israel.

Bingo. That’s what it is: stunned, shell shocked, traumatized.

But it’s not PTSD — post traumatic stress disorder — because then Obama would be ancient history. It’s trauma happening right here, right now, at lightning speed.

Trauma means witnessing something that humans are not designed to see, a horror that is more than the self can absorb. The brutality of war, a gruesome crime scene, the sudden death of a loved one. Or the evil that unfolds through unchecked power yielded by megalomaniacs.

For me, trauma was that cloudless November day, years ago, when I exited an Oakland restaurant at noon and soon thereafter, lay prone on the concrete, bloody and broken.

Just moments before, I had looked into the eyes of a man who didn’t know that I was human, or who knew but didn’t care. I saw something sinister in him, but ignored my gut. I was still steeped in liberal political correctness and didn’t want to appear racially insensitive.

When I see what Obama is doing to this country, how he is treating its citizens, I’m reminded of the man who mugged me. I think that both are constitutionally incapable of seeing our humanity. And each day that Obama is in office, he communicates this same deadly message to the masses — that opponents are not human.

This would explain the burgeoning of hate and even violence towards those who deign to disagree. And why Tea Party members and conservatives are being targeted, as well as entire countries like Israel.

And this would illuminate why Obama is unfazed while the economy crashes. And why he cavalierly demonizes Israel, putting millions of Israelis at risk. And it explains why Obama mocks conservatives who are legitimately worried about this administration’s violating fundamental rights.

But how could Obama see us? Did anyone in his childhood ever see him?

Did little Barry’s needs factor into his mother’s decision to shlep him to Indonesia to live with her and her alcoholic second husband? And how much maternal love was on display when she dragged him back home to Hawaii and then abandoned him for good?

Did Obama’s humanity matter to Grandpa Stanley and Frank Marshall Davis when they sat around drinking, talking trash talk about women, and telling dirty jokes to the discomfited little Barry?

What was Stanley thinking giving Barry over to Davis, an alleged pedophile and Communist, for mentoring? And did Davis do the most unspeakable act of violation and dehumanization to Barry, as the teenage Obama hints at in the poem, “Pop”?

Pop takes another shot, neat,
Points out the same amber
Stain on his shorts that I've got on mine, and
Makes me smell his smell, coming
From me; he switches channels, recites an old poem. . .
Asks for a hug, as I shrink. . .

For someone to survive a difficult childhood intact, he needs at least one person to see his humanity. It’s best if the person is a close relative, but a child can endure with the help of someone else. An attentive coach, counselor, neighbor, or teacher can work wonders.

Who mirrored Obama’s humanity back to him? Who looked into the young Barry’s eyes and reflected back the man he was meant to be? Who honored and cherished the human being inside?

I’ll tell you who — no one. His family groomed him and sculpted him. They projected onto him who they wanted him to be. In later years, other egotistical father figures, like Rev. Wright and Bill Ayers, scripted his Messiah-like role.

But was there someone who loved and honored Obama for who he was? No.

And that’s why Obama cannot see you or me. He cannot respond to the pain and suffering he is inflicting. He may, in fact, derive satisfaction by the act of revenge.

Years ago, I came face to face with a man who also didn’t know that I existed. He had no qualms about injuring me and leaving me lying wounded in the middle of the street.

I wasn’t a person to him. I was nothing. This is where all evil begins: the dehumanizing of another.

From what I have seen this last year, Obama shows no ability to walk in another person’s shoes. This would require empathy and sensitivity, traits that are nowhere to be found.

Frankly, every time I see Obama, I catch a glimpse of the man who mugged me.

And that, to me, is the true danger and horror and shock of Barack.

Mario Apuzzo, Esq.By nature, Man is born free and independent. But to live in a state of nature alone is not safe and offers no security. Hence, Man created government for his or her protection and to achieve maximum happiness. Under a constitutional republican form of government, Man delegates to that government limited powers to best achieve that protection. What rights and powers Man does not delegate to that government are his or her to exercise to his or her best advantage in the pursuit of his or her happiness. Let us examine the liberties which the People have retained and enjoyed since the Founding of the Constitutional Republic.

“Does not every man sit under his own vine and under his own fig-tree, having none to make him afraid? Does not every one follow his calling without impediments and receive the reward of his well-earned industry? The farmer cultivates his land, and reaps the fruit which the bounty of heaven bestows on his honest toil. The mechanic is exercised in his art, and receives the reward of his labour. The merchant drives his commerce, and none can deprive him of the gain he honestly acquires; all classes and callings of men amongst us are protected in their various pursuits, and secured by the laws in the possession and enjoyment of the property obtained in those pursuits. The laws are as well executed as they ever were, in this or any other country. Neither the hand of private violence, nor the more to be dreaded hand of legal oppression, are [sic] reached out to distress us.”

Pamphlets on the Constitution of the United States, Published During Its Discussion by the People 1787-1788, Address By Melancthon Smith p. 94 (Paul Leicester Ford ed. 1888). Melancthon Smith of New York, was a member of the Continental Congress, (1785–88), and of the New York State Convention, in which he opposed, but ultimately voted for the ratification of the new Constitution. He helped reconcile Federalists and anti-Federalists, enabling New York state to ratify the US Constitution in the Dutchess County Courthouse in Poughkeepsie on July 26, 1788.

It cannot be denied that today our nation is experiencing economic hardship. But so have we throughout our history. Let us examine the economic times that prevailed during the Founding:

“It is true, many individuals labour under embarrassments, but these are to be imputed to the unavoidable circumstances of things, rather than to any defect in our governments. We have just emerged from a long and expensive war. During its existence few people were in a situation to increase their fortunes, but many to diminish them. Debts contracted before the war were left unpaid [7] while it existed, and these were left a burden too heavy to be borne at the commencement of peace. Add to these, that when the war was over, too many of us, instead of reassuming our old habits of frugality, and industry, by which alone every country must be placed in a prosperous condition, took up the profuse use of foreign commodities. The couutry [sic] was deluged with articles imported from abroad, and the cash of the country has been sent to pay for them, and still left us labouring under the weight of a huge debt to persons abroad. These are the true sources to which we are to trace all the private difficulties of individuals: But will a new government relieve you from these? The advocates for it have not yet told you how it will do it—And I will venture to pronounce, that there is but one way in which it can be effected, and that is by industry and economy; limit your expences within your earnings; sell more than you buy, and everything will be well on this score. Your present condition is such as is common to take place after the conclusion of a war. Those who can remember our situation after the termination of the war preceding the last, will recollect that our condition was similar to the present, but time and industry soon recovered us from it. Money was scare [sic], the produce of the country much lower than it has been since the peace, and many individuals were extremely embarrassed with debts; and this happened although we did not experience the ravages, desolations, and loss of property, that were suffered during the late war.” Melancthon Smith at 95.

Our current economic woes have not been caused by war but rather from bad economic decisions made by government, industry, and individuals. But we have seen the same in our history and as a nation we always overcame those times and eventually prevailed. Regardless of the cause of economic problems, what is important is that there is a remedy for curing them which is the same remedy offered by Melancthon Smith with reference to any post-war period. That remedy is “frugality,” “industry and economy; limit your expences within your earnings; sell more than you buy…”

Indeed, if health care shall be the social problem upon which we are obliged to act, then let us act upon that problem alone and not allow the central government under the guise of curing that “evil” to intrude upon so many cherished liberties of the people. Why are we to give to the central government so much power and control over our private lives and industry in the name of health care? Can the central government not offer a more limited and balanced plan which would address the very concerns it expresses without intruding so much upon our liberties? We Americans are a wise and practical people. I cannot imagine that we cannot put together a plan that would address our current health care problems without the need of the central government taking over so much of our private lives and industry and forcing employers and individuals to purchase health insurance under circumstances dictated by the central government or face various forms of punishments. The danger with such government encroachment upon our individual liberties is that “history affords us no examples of persons once possessed of power resigning it willingly.” Melancthon Smith at 100. That Obama has not even tried to develop a much more limited and reasonable approach to the health care problem should tell a cautious and prudent person that his plan is not one of only solving the problem of health care, but rather one of taking advantage of a moment in history to gain power and control over private lives and industry and thereby achieve his grand plan of “redistribution of wealth” and slowly but eventually transform our free enterprise system into a government-controlled socialist/communist/Marxist way of life.

mccainSenator John McCain, the so-called GOP maverick, is fighting for his political life in Arizona against former congressman and talk show host J.D. Hayworth. While most pundits believe his race may be close but he’ll pull out a win, some believe it’s time for McCain to retire.

In 2006, I wrote a column regarding U.S. Border Patrol agents from Arizona’s Local 2544 blasting McCain for his words and actions regarding border security, illegal aliens and amnesty. Here is that column which originally appeared in News with Views (2006):

United States Border Patrol agents are not happy with Senator John McCain (R-AZ) since he voted for the Amnesty Bill (S. 2611). And they’re not being quiet about their collective anger over the senator’s actions and remarks.

According to members of the agents’ union local 2544, Senator McCain has never been a friend to rank-and-file Border Patrol agents. Local 2544 represents US Border Patrol agents in Arizona, McCain’s home state.

“He routinely ignores correspondence from Border Patrol agents and often gives the impression that he is just too big and too important to deal with us,” they said.

“He attempts to undermine our mission at every turn and actively supports the criminals who violate our laws. He always trys to downplay the fact that illegal aliens knowingly and willingly violate our laws, and he is a close ally on immigration matters with Senator Ted Kennedy, who we believe is the biggest disgrace of all time in the United States Senate.”

These law enforcement agents point to Senator McCain’s “imperious attitude” towards rank-and-file Border Patrol agents and his complete disdain for their mission has been evident for many years.

UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
Dr. ORLY TAITZ, ESQ, PRO SE

Plaintiff,
v.
Civil Action: 10151RCL

Barack Hussein Obama,
MOTION TO THE JUDICIAL PANEL ON Defendant.
MULTIDISTRICT LITIGATION
28 USC § 1407(c)(ii)

Pursuant to 28 USC §1407(c)(ii) Plaintiff Orly Taitz moves for the Multi District Judicial Panel to coordinate and consolidate this action with Florida et al. v. United States Department of Health and Human Services et al., United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, Pensacola Division, Case No. 3-10-cv-91 and motions for both actions to be heard jointly by the Honorable Royce Lamberth in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.

These cases involve the following issues of commons fact:

On Tuesday, March 23 Mr. Barack Hussein Obama has signed into law H.R. 3590. This Unprecedented act of encroachment on constitutional liberties of US citizens and individual States by the Federal government is being challenged in the Northern District of Florida, Pensacola division by thirteen state Attorney Generals, who filed their complaint the same day, on March 23, 2010. The same act is being challenged by the undersigned, Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ, who is suing pro se Mr. Obama in regards to damages suffered by her, and who included a challenge to the above bill as part of her First Amended Complaint, which was filed by her in the District of Columbia on March 19, 2010 when the passing of the bill was imminent.

H.R. 3590 was signed into law by Mr. Barack Hussein Obama, who amazingly does not posses a valid US Social Security number, which every legal citizen of the US is supposed to possess, never proved his legitimacy to presidency and therefore the act is invalid, as it was not signed by one legally entitled to sign it.

Attached is Exhibit 1, Affidavit from a retired Deportation Officer with the department of Homeland Security and licensed investigator Mr. John Sampson, stating that social security number used by Mr. Obama most of his life 042-68-4425 cannot be a lawfully obtained number, as 042 are the initial digits assigned to the state of CT, while Mr. Obama was never a resident of CT.

Exhibit 2, is an affidavit from a private investigator, licensed with the Department of Homeland Security, Susan Daniels. It concurs that for most of his life Mr. Obama has used number 042-68-4425, which cannot be lawfully his, as indeed it was obtained in CT, when Mr. Obama resided in HI. Moreover, Ms. Daniels research shows that this is a number that was issued to an individual born in 1890, and Mr. Obama assumed this number unlawfully. Ms. Daniels provides a list of 8 more social security numbers used by Mr. Obama, as well as several numbers used by Michele Obama.

Exhibit 3 is an affidavit from a licensed investigator and retired Scotland Yard elite anti organized crime officer Mr. Neil Sankey, who has compiled from the most reputable National databases: Lexis Nexis and Choice Point a list of multiple addresses under the names of Barack Obama and Barry Obama, those addresses are connected to 39 different social security numbers, none of which were issued in the state of HI.

Exhibit four is an affidavit from a licensed document expert Sandra Ramsey Lines, which states that the short version (abbreviated) COLB-Certificate of Life Birth of Barrack Hussein Obama cannot be viewed as genuine without examining the original, currently sealed in the Health Department in HI, which Mr. Obama refuses to unseal in spite of over 60 Federal and multiple State actions brought by citizens, State Representatives and high ranked members of the Military from around the nation. None of the above actions were heard on the merits, but rather were dismissed on technical procedural grounds, such as standing and jurisdiction. All of the above facts cast a doubt as to the legitimacy of Mr. Obama to serve as a president du! e to his lack of Qualification as a Natural Born citizen per Article 2, section 1, §5, making him ineligible to sign H.R.3590. Additionally, Dr. Taitz has brought a Quo Warranto action, as specified in District of Columbia statutes §16-352 §16-353, which allows Quo Warranto action against a federal officer within the jurisdiction of the District of Columbia. As Florida does not provide such jurisdiction, it appears to be imperative to join two causes of action in the District of Columbia, where it is already being heard by Honorable Chief Judge of the US District Court for the District of Columbia Honorable Judge Royce C. Lamberth. There has to be a Quo Warran to determination, regardless to Mr. Obama’s place of birth, whether he is eligible to serve as US President and Commander in Chief, as he had since birth split allegiance citizenship of multiple countries: Great Britain, Kenya and Indonesia. Such Quo Warranto action will dispense with H.R. 3590, as it would be deemed signed by an ineligible party and it would dispense both causes of action.

Comment from American Grand Jury:

Don’t kid yourselves folks. There are people out in La-La land that eat this crap up. They don’t have a problem with Obama becoming the Imperial Ruler for life. Of course they are dumber than “rocks” and never fought for freedom in their lives. Their idea of protecting this Country, its heritage and freedoms is to defame our flag or loot the welfare system as long as they don’t have to take responsibility and someone else writes the check.
