Yesterday was a historic day for the Grand Jury but it is still business as usual. We are processing jury member applications as fast as possible.

I need to get the word out so people understand why we are a little slow right now in responding. We are simply overwhelmed with applications. We have around 300 people waiting in the wings to serve.

We don’t talk much about what is happening behind the scenes at American Grand Jury. There are rules in place to protect the Grand Jury and its members, expert witnessses and others.

Today I am going to take the time to automate the “initial contact” process so people can move further along without waiting 2 to 3 days for a response. By tomorrow the message system will send an “auto-response” that explains the Grand Jury process and a link to go and get the Oath of Office form for printing and submitting.

We WANT as many Grand Juries convened as possible.. we have (4) scheduled for May. The Lone Star Grand Jury in Texas is now being scheduled for an online event. Things are cooking here!

Please keep sending your email messages requesting to serve on a Grand Jury. We have saved every one of your requests and will be replying to all of you as soon as possible.

The database automation was a huge success. I finished up responding to jury membership inquiries from the past 2 days. Everyone should have received an email by now from American Grand Jury.

The NEXT Grand Jury hearing is coming up soon (we don’t announce dates in public, but those who have applied know what is going on). (United States of America) – April 29th 2009 - At 8 P.M, ET American Grand Jury convened and conducted a hearing with regard to CRIMINAL activity, complaints and allegations presented before said Jury.

After reviewing the evidence and voting, the 32 member American Grand Jury handed down the presentment(s) recommending that person(s) known as Barack Obama, aka: Barack Obama, Jr., aka: Barack Hussein Obama, aka: Barry Soetoro; aka: Barry Obama; aka: Barack H. Caveat: Grand Jury hearings are secret and all proceedings will remain confidential until released by the courts.

Never in my lifetime have I been associated with such a motivated group of people. When we put this jury together we went overboard trying to be impartial. These members found out early on, we never asked where they came from, what their political views were, how they made their living or what color, creed or religion they subscribed to.

Personally, I figured this Grand Jury hearing would have a decent turnout and a good voting margin, but nothing like this:

Out of 33 registered jury members (all sworn under oath as to eligibity and service) we had only one person unable to attend the final meeting. The final 32 member roster gave us a unanimous vote. And they worked their butts off to make the decision. Even though they were able to study and review the evidence on their own time in the password protected website, the effort these folks put into this jury was fastastic. We had over 1500 pieces of communication (surveys, chat messages, jury foreman messages) that transpired between the jury members on the website. These people worked close to 8 days in advance to get ready for the April 29th deadline. Their work paid off. Within 30 minutes of convening the final hearing a 100% vote was returned.

Tell you what folks, this is America, and these jury members right now are speaking for America and they are mad and they want action from their lawmakers and the courts. Obama has been presented (indicted) by this Jury on two MAJOR counts of criminal behavior. It is now our duty to get this indictment in the hands of as many court jurisdictions in this United States of America as possible.

Would you like to be a real warrior? You can become an American Grand Jury agent and take the indictment to your local, city or State court. We will help you.

And for those of you that want to serve on the next Grand Juries, we already have (3) more lined up. Keep the requests coming to become a Grand Jury member. God willing, we will process each and every application as soon as possible.

Evening time is when I receive many letters asking about American Grand Jury and how to join. Yesterday was no exception in that I received a good number of letters.

I got this one letter explaining in detail (about 500 words long — typical liberal — bury you with words) why I can’t join the American Grand Jury movement? Bottom line, the lady was questioning who in the heck was Bob Campbell. What qualifications does he have? Why are people even listening to him? I just laughed and deleted the message. I am buried with work and don’t have time to educate the ones that are living in a fantasy world.

Then I got this one letter early this morning. It was a beautiful letter, very well written, articulated and quite passionate. The man defintely wants justice and hopes to see Obama removed from office because of the eligibility “natural born citizenship” issue. The only thing that was missing from the letter was the simple sentence, “how do I help or get involved?”

I answered the letter. This is what I had to say:

Nice letter.. you need to become a Grand Jury member.. in 3 weeks time we have signed up 160 members and will be convening (3) Grand Jury hearings in the next 3 weeks. We hope to indict Obama and spread the indictments through every local, city, and state court in the nation. That’s the goal. Sooner or later, Obama is going to be forced to show the goods. The “burden of proof” is totally upon him.

Would you like to become a jury member? It is totally free to join, except for the postage to return your Oath of Office form. Membership is completely confidential (no financial, social security or personal information is required) — just your Name and State of residence is recorded — you must be eligible, sign a jury Oath and be a US citizen.

The time commitment is minimun. You research all the evidence in our private website (password protected). You prepare a week in advance on you own time. We will then schedule a final Grand Jury hearing at the end of the preparation. 30 members of the Jury are present at the final hearing. This is done completely ONLINE. It is quite exciting and very educational — it is also a very serious endeavor.

Mark McGrew on Sentinel Radio last night had a great radio show. Mark had as his guests, Carl Swensson, Dianna Nelson-Diaz and Robert LeBeaux.

Carl of course represents the Georgia Grand Jury. Dianna and Robert have two Grand Juries in North Central Texas (Dallas-Ft. Worth areas) formed and ready to proceed.

The conversation got really interesting when we discussed various Constitutional issues and Grand Jury rights such as presentments, indictments, subpoenas.

The laugh of the night is when someone suggested the “eligibility” issue with Barack Obama was NOT criminal. I almost spit my coffee all over the computer.

For those of you that know me, I am not real diplomatic sometimes. You should have been there or heard me — I pretty much lost it — to me and just about everyone I know — Mr. Obama is certainly the biggest crim**** [ well you know].

In closing, American Grand Jury would really like to thank Mark McGrew. Mark has spent a great deal of time researching the Constitution and the Grand Jury movement here in the United States. He has written a number of published articles about the subject. Mark is fast becoming an expert. Before this is all over we may have to send Mark to law school — No, just kidding Mark!

Here’s the letter:

Bob,

Thank you for the email and advice. I believe we are 2 people away from our 25 and I starting today to search for a court room if at all possible. I hope to convene on May 6, swear our jurors in and look at the evidence. I would like to think we could bring an indictment against Obama that day with all the evidence that Dr. Orly Taiz has gathered.

I have been working with Carl and will get with him as well. I believe we are only a few weeks away and I once I have the location (preferably a court room, more professional looking) then I will work on the media and getting their attention. Again, thanks for what you are doing. I sent emails to the 23 people I already had and told them to sign up on your web site. I will continue to work on that as well.

Dianna — you really did things FAST! Congratulations! I just talked to you a little over a week ago and look how far you have come. God, I love TEXAS — they know how to do things is a BIG way!
